Important Notice – EU Deliveries

Due to recent changes to EU customs legislation and import requirements introduced on 1 July 2026, we have temporarily suspended deliveries to countries within the European Union.

Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to accept or dispatch orders for delivery to EU destinations. We are reviewing the new requirements and hope to reinstate EU shipping when we are able to do so reliably and compliantly.

Australia & New Zealand

Please note: Australia & New Zealand orders are currently taking 45-90 days to arrive due to a shortage of shipping containers in Asia. If you need your order more urgently, please contact us and we can look at the cost of an express shipment for you.

Deliveries to Norway

Any items that are sent via courier to Norway require your 11 digit birth number for customs/tax purposes.

If you can please add this into the notes box when placing your order it will enable quick despatch. If not, we will contact you prior to dispatching your order to request this number.
